About Me

Hello! I'm Noelle. I'm 23 years old living in Boston and beginning a new life journey.  My blog is plainly just to jot down fun and easy recipes and pictures that I try along the way.

I've decided to recreate my blog with a new design and HTML.  Because my life has taken some turns in the past few months, I've decided to take some time on my blog as well and turn it into something a bit easier to navigate with a little more organization.

As for my life "taking turns"... I have decided to pause teaching preschool for a bit and follow my passion for food and baking. I will be returning to school for Pastry Arts, which will take me a year or two to finish. After successfully completing the program I will return to the world with a Certification in Pastry Arts where I will then pursue a career in something food related! How fun!  My ultimate goal is to combine my knowledge and love of early childhood and cooking/baking into a profession where I can earn a living.  Wish me luck on my first few steps in this adventurous (and delicious) journey!!!

Below... is a list of my staple foods (with pleasures at the bottom) that I live on nearly almost everyday.  I love REAL food with real ingredients that are not processed or tampered with.  It is so satisfying knowing what you're consuming is grown naturally from the ground.

I do however, have a bad habit of using sugar substitute (Splenda), which I'm really trying to come out of. I also eat a lot of ketchup.  Other than that, I stick to the basics that you will see below.

Oh, and I do indulge myself in a nice helping of birthday cake or Sunday night pizzas with friends.  I like a nice potent beer too. I like to drink them out of mason jars... it makes me feel like I'm back in time.
